My intense passion for Real Estate comes from my upbringing, which is based on values that my parents instilled in me. My father taught me to always love what I was doing. Because of this, I have never chosen a career lightly.
While empathizing with clients, I am at the same time a true professional who will guide them with logic, knowledge, and experience through the process of buying or selling a home.
Prior to real estate, I was an educator. I received my BS in Education in English and my Master’s in Education in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. I taught high school English for 16 years and then taught for Lindenwood’s Accelerated Program for Working Adults for 6 years.
I am happily married and have a grown son, both of whom are in the IT field. They make every moment of my life more special, and they inspire me on a daily basis. I wouldn’t be who or where I am today without my parents, my husband, and my son.

Ask Cathy Herzog
“Cathy was amazing! I enjoyed every minute of working with her.”
“I wanted to let you know about my positive experience with Cathy. Cathy was my teacher at Lindenwood and we’ve stayed in contact since then. I knew she was intelligent and capable, but real estate? Would she be good? She’s so new to it. However, any of these thoughts were quickly dismissed as I started working with her. Cathy is clear and concise on every communication- email, phone, text. She follows up in a timely manner, provides relevant information, and is genuinely compassionate. I had zero knowledge of how to buy a house and Cathy was able to provide gentle guidance from start to finish. Working with her I learned a lot and ended up with a home I absolutely adore. I wish Berkshire Hathaway sold things other than real estate as I would buy anything she is selling! You are lucky to have her on your team.”
“I fully endorse her as a rising star for your firm. She brings honesty, intergity, hard working and a trusting appeal”
